1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to DTS Technical Services Co ("DTS", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", or "Customer") and DTS Technical Services Co, governing your access to and use of dtstechnical.com, as well as all quotations, contracting agreements, and execution of interior fitout, swimming pool engineering, modern pergola construction, and technical MEP services in Dubai.

2. Scope of Services & Quotations

All project proposals, estimations, and quotes provided via our website or authorized engineers are subject to physical site inspection and verification of architectural drawings. Final proposals become binding only upon signed project agreements detailing deliverables, milestones, materials, and approved project timelines.

3. Regulatory Permits & Dubai Municipality Approvals

DTS Technical Services Co operates as a licensed and insured technical contracting firm in Dubai. Where required by UAE law, we coordinate No Objection Certificates (NOCs), structural engineering submissions, and permits through Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), and relevant master developers (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, Damac). Clients agree to cooperate in providing required property title deeds and owner authorizations.

4. Payment Terms & Currency

All fees are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to UAE Federal Tax Authority Value Added Tax (5% VAT) as applicable. Payments follow agreed project milestone schedules (advance mobilization, structural phase, finishing, and final handover sign-off).

5. Workmanship Warranty & Guarantees

We pride ourselves on five-star craftsmanship. Standard project handovers include structural waterproofing warranties, swimming pool shell guarantees, and MEP equipment warranties as detailed in individual project agreements. Routine maintenance plans are available upon request.

6. Intellectual Property & Digital Rights

All project photographs, architectural renders, text copy, code, and digital assets on this website are protected under copyright laws. The digital platform and AI readiness architecture were engineered and optimized by Nexus Tech PK for DTS Technical Services Co.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
